The Church Triumphant Global is a charter member of the Faith Ministries Alliance under the leadership of Dr. William S. Winston. The Senior Pastor spiritually leads the local church with the support, wisdom, and guidance of the Pastoral Team and Board of Elders.

FMA was founded as an organization for churches and ministries to come together as an alliance to fulfill their highest calling to change the world through Christ. FMA is designed to inspire and equip Christian leaders through the anointing of God with the tools to build Bible based churches and ministries that will impact the world. The intent of FMA is to link faith-minded Believers together, empowered to fulfill the great commission and transfer the end-time harvest into the Kingdom of God. To help empower FMA members in fulfilling the ministry to which God has called them.
To provide an avenue for networking and fellowship among the FMA members. To supply a vehicle through while Living Word Christian Center (LWCC) can share information and make available resources and training that will benefit FMA members in their pursuit of excellence in ministry and Kingdom building. To establish a board from the ministerial alliance members, for the purpose of licensing, ordination, and ministry accountability. To provide Biblically-based teaching and ministry resources to equip church leaders and ministries to reach increasing numbers of unchurched people. In fulfillment of a God-inspired vision given to Dr. Winston, FMA was founded as an organization for churches and ministries dedicated to promoting ministry excellence and equipping leadership to fulfill their God-given vision.
WE ARE UNDER A SPIRITUAL COVERING:
Dr. Bill Winston, Sr. Pastor of Living Word Christian Center, is the spiritual covering for The Church Triumphant Global. As stated above, The Church Triumphant Global is a member of the Faith Ministries Alliance overseen by Dr. Bill Winston. Bishop Ware and Pastor Tonya Ware were ordained in 2005 by Dr. Bill Winston at Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois.
FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT:
The Lead Minister of Finance, together with the finance team members, is responsible for overseeing the in-house financial operations of The Church Triumphant Global. In addition, Quality Professional and Accounting Services, LLC (Jackson, MS) provides external oversight of the church’s financial accounting. Furthermore, Chitwood & Chitwood, CPA, offers an additional layer of accountability and integrity, ensuring accurate official records of all financial contributions for required reporting.
WE ARE GUIDED BY A BOARD OF DIRECTORS & A BOARD OF ADVISORS:
The Church Triumphant Global is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by a Board of Advisors. Both boards are comprised of members of the congregation who provide counsel and assistance to church leadership in matters that impact the overall growth and well-being of the ministry.
The Boards advise the Senior Pastor and the Pastoral Leadership Team on major decisions, including significant financial commitments, to ensure accountability, integrity, and the long-term health of the church.
